The DMSB has updated the provisions on the issue of the Permit Nordschleife. Drivers holding an international licence can still obtain the Permit B upon participation in a training, a direct acquisition of the Permit grade A is no longer possible.
In addition to the acquisition of the Permit upon participation in a corresponding training during a race drivers’ training, it is from now on and in single cases also possible to obtain the Permit in participating in a theoretical session and a personal coaching with a DMSB approved instructor as co-driver in the race car, to take place during the Friday practice (test and set-up session) preceding the VLN race.
