The Team AutoArenA Motorsport is ready to face further challenges at the “Green Hell”. The driver crew in the season 2015 will be made up of the successful drivers Patrick Assenheimer and Marc Marbach! The team will be completed this year by Steven Fürsch.
The staff project of the car dealership Mercedes-Benz Autohaus AssenheimerMulfinger created in the year 2007 will now start its 8th racing season. The Mercedes-Benz C 230 V6 will start in class V4 of close-to-production cars over 2000 cc and up to 2500 cc.
After their class win at the prestigious 24 Hour Race in 2015 and the six results on the podium in the last VLN season, the team is optimistic and ready for the challenges in 2015. “We are a team that puts our heart and soul into the project! We can rely on a professional technical team, three first-class drivers and a reliable car. So we are really looking forward to take up the fight again with our strong competitors and to achieve results on the podium.” Says Team Manager Monika Assenheimer.
The team completed many laps at the test and set-up session mid-May and tested the car extensively. The summary of the three drivers: “The AutoArenA-Mercedes was running without any problems and we could conclude our test programme perfectly. We are well prepared for the new season!”
The calendar of the Team AutoArenA Motorsport currently includes all of the 10 races in the VLN endurance racing championship at the Nürburgring and the highlight of the season, the 24h Race on 16/17 May.
