In the 2013 season, the team around Jürgen Alzen will again bring the spectacular Ford GT to the start of the VLN endurance racing championship rounds. Due to the support provided by the long-time partner H&R, the fans of this popular grass roots racing series may look forward to ten participations of this black race car which has so quickly become a cult in the championship.
The team with the two regular drivers Jürgen Alzen and Artur Deutgen will this year be completed by Andzej Dzikevic in the GT3 sports racer. The Lithuanian race driver had attracted quite some attention in 2010 during his participations at the Nordschleife. In 2011, he competed in the ADAC GT Masters races in a Lamborghini. “Andzej for sure is my preferred driver to complete the team”, says Alzen. “I followed his good performances in various series and I am convinced that he will perfectly fit into our team.”
The first tests together with tyre partner Dunlop are scheduled to take place in February already before the endurance racing series will then be launched end of March.
