The VLN endurance racing championship Nürburgring will again be present at the Essen Motor Show this year. The stand (stand 506) of this most popular clubsport racing series in Europe will be located in hall 6 from 25th November (open for trade visitors) until 4th December. Here, in the vicinity of the Motorsport Arena, in which a series of spectacular race cars from the ‘Green Hell’ will attract a lot of attention again, the VLN programme will include information and entertainment.
The spectacular and completely new stand of the VLN endurance racing championship will hereby come up with a world premiere. For the first time ever, the visitors can experience an onboard lap at the Nürburgring Nordschleife in latest 3D technology. “That will be a very special highlight for all friends of the Green Hell”, says Karl Mauer, member of the VLN Board for Marketing and Media. “You can only be closer if you sit yourself in the race car.”
By the way, speaking of race cars is a good point, because as usual race cars will be displayed at the VLN stand in Essen. The Regulations for the 2012 season will be available for all drivers and the experts of the series will be happy to answer all the questions from the participants and from those who wish to join the championship. With the special edition of the VLN racing news, the fans can enjoy a review onto the past season and a preview on the coming season 2012.
