Christian Benz, long year participant in the VLN endurance racing championship, passed away on 5th October at the age of 42 years. Christian Benz from Hockenheim/ Germany, who drove a Renault Clio together with his brother, died of cancer.
“With Christian Benz, we do not only loose a participant in the endurance racing championship but also a very dear member of the VLN community”, says Karl Mauer, member of the VLN board for marketing and media. “Our thoughts are with his family and we wish them much strength at this difficult time.”
