The job is done – after a long and hard season, the experts at the Nordschleife Harald Jacksties and Frank Lorenzo may now enjoy their win of the title. The Seat Motor Sports Cup 2010 has been decided in favour of the quick and reliable duo of INTER Racing. And the two race drivers even succeeded with a very special surprise: They have scored enough points in competing in only seven out of ten possible races.

”To score enough points for the title with only seven out of ten possible starts is really something very special”, said Harald Jacksties after the last round. Their title was furthermore sweetened by the fact that the champions had to take part in the last race at the Nordschleife as spectators.

The key to the success for the champions was their consistency in scoring points during the season. “Consistency and reliability were the basis for our success. Finally, the fantastic result of the season is due to each and every member of our experienced team”, informs Frank Lorenzo and he adds: “Sure, we are amongst the fastest in the top group which was fighting for the title. But to score points, you must first of all finish the race.”

Indeed, Lorenzo and Jacksties finished all of the seven races in which they participated. On one hand, this speaks for the perfect preparation by INTER Racing of the Seat Leon equipped with ATS competition rims. On the other hand, this is also due to the sophisticated performance of the drivers. “We had quite a few races this year with extremely many accidents. You must hereby also succeed in not getting involved in an incident”, said Jacksties with a smirk. And the famous two drivers gained the title deservedly. No technical problems, no accidents and always in the leading group – this is the way to the championship.
