Touring car revivalprovided an excellent entertainment

The second inclusion of the touring car revival in a round of the VLN Langstreckenmeisterschaft Nürburgring provided good entertainment at the Grand Prix Circuit. Even though the track was wet during the two demonstration runs of the historic DTM race cars on Friday and on Saturday, the drivers left no doubt at all that a race car is not to be driven at a snail’s pace when on the race track. BMW M3, Ford Sierra, Mercedes 190, Opel Omega and Volvo 240 Turbo presented partly impressive drifts and won the hearts of the fans in particular due to their very special sound.
