Varied supporting programme off the race track

The 12h Nürburgring from 9 to 10 September will feature a varied supporting programme. In addition to the Red Bull Formula Nürburgring, which will take place on Saturday in parallel to the season highlight of the Nürburgring Endurance Series, there will also be plenty of entertainment for the fans in the paddocks and at the Expo in the ring°boulevard. The Falken Drift Show will provide spectacular drifting angles on both days and an autograph session with all NLS drivers will offer the perfect opportunity to meet the stars of the series in person on Saturday at 11:30 am.

The ring°boulevard will open its doors early on both days. The programme will take place from 8 am until the end of the race. Highlights are the Haribo roadshow, the kids’ kart track and the RPR1 live mobile with regular meet & greets and interactive activities. Exhibitions by BMW M, Autohaus Scherer, Caterham and Tesla, among others, will present cars worth seeing. A number of walking acts will also be on the move on the ring°boulevard and provide unforgettable selfie motifs. On Saturday, Mickey & Minnie will be on site, on Sunday the unlikely duo consisting of Skye from Paw Patrol and Batman will save the world.

The Falken Drift Show will be held in the paddocks on Saturday and Sunday. From 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, demo runs will take place at two-hour intervals during which co-passenger rides can also be booked. For a donation of at least 20 euros in support of the marshals festival at NLS8, you can get into the hot seat when drift professionals Remmo Niezen, Mark Visser, Rohan van Riel and Lars Verbraeken perform their art on the asphalt.

For the first time last year, there was an autograph session with all the NLS drivers during the ‘NLS Pitwalk presented by PITWALK – das Motorsportmagazin’. On Saturday, the protagonists will be present in the pit lane from 11:30 to 12:15 and will be available for selfies and autographs. Also on the grid: the impressive Racebot, which has already been on site many times at the Nürburgring Endurance Series and will be ready for unforgettable motifs for young and old. The Red Bull DJ mobile will provide the right soundtrack at various points throughout the day.

For those who still have energy left after so much motorsport action and entertainment programme, the after-show party on Saturday evening in the Eifel Stadl is highly recommended. As soon as the engines on the Grand Prix circuit and the Nordschleife have stopped, the party will start at 10 pm with DJ Starface and DJ Banks & Rawdriguez – with an open end. Tickets will be available at the box office for twelve euros, in advance sales you can save two euros.
